"When I moved here, I researched State Farm offices by looking at customer reviews and ratings. Pete’s office was at the top. In the beginning we had a few hiccups but the office personnel, including Pete, prioritized my concerns. Recently I’ve had some life changes that affected my premiums. It seemed as though as I was making regular monthly calls to understand my bill. Thankfully Kim was on the receiving end of my calls. She patiently explained the differences I was seeing and we were able to deduce “why.” The last time I called, Kim answered professionally. I said, “Hi Kim. It’s time for our monthly call” and she knew it was me. That’s how comfortable, trusting, and at-ease I am with Kim and the branch. If you’re looking for a new carrier, I’d suggest giving Pete a call, maybe Kim will answer."

"It's car insurance. It does what it needs to do to make sure I'm not violating the law. I have to say, I do not appreicate receiving unsolicited sales-oriented texts from this office. The message was framed as personal and "no pressure," but it was clearly part of a marketing push for life insurance. I never opted in to receive texts like this and I found it invasive and inapporpriate to contact me on my personal phone for such a thing. Cold texts feel intrusive, especially from a company I'm supposed to trust with personal info! In a day and age where we receive WAY TOO MANY spam texts, I really do not appreciate this gesture. I never opted in to sales texts. This should not be a thing. If you're considering working with this office, just be aware that they might contact you with marketing messages without your permission."
